Mr. D. Y. Wani holds a rich and wide experience spanning over 17 years in Banking Law. He worked as the Legal Head for the Bank of Maharashtra before voluntarily retiring in December 2014.
Subsequently, he started out practising as an Advocate. Mr. Devashish Wani worked out several aspects of Corporate and Real Estate branches and has also completed his Articleship tenure of 3 years for his Solicitor.
The Law Firm provides legal assistance for various legal compliances to their Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) and Non- Banking Financial Company (NBFC) clients day in and day out.
It has proven capabilities in practice areas of litigation and dispute resolution in the Bombay High Court and adjoining judicial and quasi-judicial tribunals/forums including the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).

Mr. D. Y. Wani started his career working as a Law Officer with the Bank of Maharashtra and continued as a Legal Head for 17 years before retiring in December 2014. Mr. D. Y. Wani always had a great acumen for law and his prowess in Banking Law is the best in practice. With him at the helm, the Firm has empanelled at several Public Sector Undertaking Banks/Institutes and continues to provide quality legal assistance to its clients day in and day out. An Aspiring Solicitor, Mr. Devashish Wani holds rich experience interning/working with several firms and has a few judicial internships to his name. Mr. Devashish Wani completed his articleship for Solicitors from M/s. Little & Co. Advocates & Solicitors, whereby he holds diverse experience in the fields of Banking, Contractual negotiations, Corporate, Trademarks and Copyright branches of IPR and in the diverse practice of Real Estate.
